Gibson Island Corporation has maintained a real estate brokerage for more than 70 years. Barbara Ann Watson is a real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked with buyers and sellers of Gibson Island real estate for more than 19 years. Patty Cecil has worked with Barbara Ann for more than 10 years. Barbara Ann and Patty are both permanent residents of Gibson Island.  Corey Burr and Laura Bednash joined the office as licensed agents in February, 2012.  Corey is President of Burr Residential Properties in Washington, DC.  Laura works with Corey at Burr.

The Corporation is a member of the Multiple List Service as well as the state and local Boards of Realtors. We are always available to help with buying, selling or leasing property on Gibson Island.
